Your lash design doesn't stay exactly the same between appointments—and your maintenance shouldn't either.
At each Design Maintenance appointment, I assess your retention, natural lash growth, balance, direction, and overall design before restoring what has naturally shed.
This isn't simply a refill. It's the maintenance of a design created specifically for you.
Your First Maintenance
Let's learn your lashes.
For new LASHD. guests, I recommend your first Design Maintenance appointment at approximately 3 weeks.
This first return appointment gives us valuable information about:
Your natural lash cycle
Retention
Growth
Lifestyle factors
How your design has settled
Whether your future maintenance schedule should be adjusted
Your ideal maintenance schedule may ultimately be closer to two or three weeks. We'll determine what works best for your lashes, rather than automatically placing every guest on the same schedule.
A Note About Retention
Great retention is a partnership.
Following your aftercare instructions, cleansing your lashes regularly, avoiding unnecessary pulling or picking, and returning within your recommended maintenance window will help protect both your natural lashes and your design.
Retention can still vary from appointment to appointment because natural lash cycles and lifestyle factors change.
Coming From Another Lash Artist?
Let's start fresh.
LASHD. Design Maintenance is reserved for lash designs originally created at LASHD.
Because application techniques, adhesives, styling, weight, isolation, and lash health standards can vary between artists, I do not perform standard maintenance over another artist's work.
